Makanan Sehat Tapi Tak Membuat Gemuk


Jika perut dalam keadaaan lapar kita harus mengisi nutrisi yang baik untuk tubuh,terutama bagi wanita yang selalu menjaga penampilan.Saat perut mereka mulai terasa keroncongan akan lebih baik mereka mengkonsumsi makanan dibawah ini,selain mengenyangkan,makanan ini tidak mengandung lemak yang bisa menaikkan berat badan anda.

Berikut makanan yang bisa menurunkan berat badan tanpa harus kelaparan :
1. Apel
Setiap kali merasa lapar, apel bisa menjadi pilihan snack yang sehat ketimbang pizza atau ayam goreng. Rasa kenyang dari apel berasal dari kandungan air yang tinggi dan serat. Serat pektin larut yang ada di kulit apel bertindak sebagai penekan nafsu makan alami.

2. Gandum utuh
Makanan yang terbuat dari gandum, beras merah dan tepung gandum adalah karbohidrat kompleks yang mengolah gula dengan lambat. Fenomena ini menjaga kadar gula dalam darah tubuh sehingga tak cepat merasa lapar. Kandungan serat yang tinggi dan kehadiran vitamin B kompleks juga berkontribusi untuk mengontrol metabolisme.

3. Lemak ikan
Ikan yang termasuk kategori ini adalah tuna, salmon, makarel, sarden dan herring. Keberadaan asam lemak omega-3 dalam ikan dapat membantu menurunkan kolesterol dan meningkatkan metabolisme. Asam lemak omega-3 bekerja dengan mengubah kadar hormon leptin yang memberikan pengaruh langsung pada metabolisme. Hormon ini menentukan apakah kalori akan dibakar atau disimpan sebagai lemak. Ikan juga merupakan sumber protein yang baik.

4. Buah jeruk
Buah jeruk merupakan komponen penting dalam menu diet karena adanya vitamin C, yang merupakan antioksidan kuat, serat dan sebagai agen pembersih. Vitamin C membantu dalam mempercepat pengolahan lemak, juga merupakan stimulator dari asam amino yang disebut carnitine yang bertanggung jawab untuk menaikkan kapasitas pembakaran lemak tubuh. Buah jeruk hanya mengandung sekitar 50 hingga 75 kalori, kadar air yang tinggi membuat Anda merasa kenyang untuk jangka waktu yang lama.

5. Sayuran hijau
Sayuran hijau seperti brokoli, bayam dan asparagus harus dimasukkan dalam menu diet Anda, bukan hanya karena kadar serat dan sifat antioksidan, tetapi juga karena high thermic effect (energi yang dikeluarkan oleh badan untuk mengkonsumsi dan memproses makanan), serta rendah kalori. Symptoms of Food Allergies


Ever experienced swelling redness, and itching after eating delicious food? Or even to feel crowded? If yes, chances are you have a food allergy.
