Uric acid is a purine metabolic waste substances from the food we eat. Purine is a substance contained in any food that comes from the living body. In other words, in the living body there is this purine substances, and because we eat these creatures, then moves into purine substance in our body. - Eating fruits rich in vitamin C, especially citrus and strawberry
